Coastal Quest has developed a range of tools and content that help coastal resilience organizations and agencies direct funding and activity toward sustainable solutions.
The Coastal Funding Database (CFD) offers a wide range of public and private funding to support coastal resilience programs and projects benefiting people, nature, and the climate. The CFD lists grant opportunities that support multi-benefit, nature-based solutions, including—but not limited to—conservation, restoration, and resilience at local, regional, national, and international scales.
A statewide, ArcGIS-based tool for identifying coastal areas with strong potential for designation as State Water Quality Protection Areas. Its data layers cover water quality, habitats, managed areas, infrastructure and species across the California coast.
